Expressions have been really great lately, just wanted to say. I mean, the scene is really painfully awkward to sort of look in on, since I don’t think we’re going to see a family resolution any time soon, but it’s really well done!
Hey, thank you! I really appreciate this, I’ve been working hard on them. Sometimes through multiple revisions/discussions with Mike, scads of references, and making all kinds of weird faces in the mirror, haha.
I think it is incredibly impressive how this comic is able to convey emotion. Just looking at the previous page – which has no dialogue – shows just as much pain and unhappiness as the confrontation itself.
